Exploring SF: Sibling Sunday

My brother and I get together every once in awhile and do a Sibling Sunday (occasionally a Sibling Saturday). We pick a bunch of activities and spend the day exploring SF. Last year around this time we had an epic Sibling Sunday that I forgot to post about. I printed out 7x7's 100 things to do in SF list (find it here) cut it up and had my brother cover his eyes to pick out activites on the list from a bag then we built a day around the ones he selected.  It started with a Deem Sum lunch at Yank Sing (#24), followed by a visit to the SF Fortune Cookie Factory (#72), a visit to the 16th Ave tiled steps (#27-as well as the Hidden Garden steps as we were confused at first where the 'official' steps were), a gorgeous view at Grandview Park and finally Bill Goat Hill Park (#82) to swing out over the city. After all of that walking (we did get a ride to Bill Goat Hill Park since it was so far) we wrapped up our awesome day at Caskhouse with some wine (me- rose all day), beer (him) and delicious food.
